INFORMATION NEEDED TO ISSUE PERMIT

NEW HOMES:

Completed building permit application
Two sets of building plans. Plans must include elevation, cross section, foundation, floor plan, and wall brace plan.
Site plan showing lot setbacks and erosion control measures.
Copy of Town zoning permit
Copy of sanitary permit
Energy compliance certificate (REScheck or REM/Rate)
Complete fee payment.
