  • Town zoning permit still required​

• Remodeling to 1 & 2 family dwellings & commerial buildings

• Any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work for remodeling

• Decks & deck additions

  • Town zoning permit still required

• Detached accessory buildings

  • Town zoning permit still required​

• Re-siding or re-roofing

• Replacing windows or doors

• Finishing of interior surfaces

• Replacement of major building equipment, includeing furnaces, central air conditioners, water heaters & any other major piece of equipment

• Normal repair of plumbing, electrical, & HVAC equipment

• Agricultural buildings
