THE WORK YOU ARE DOING MUST BE INSPECTED!

 

Inspections must be scheduled and completed for the following:

1. BEFORE footings or slabs are poured  (All forms and required systems in place)

2. BEFORE backfilling the foundations  (Insulation in place or its placement indicated)

3. BEFORE basement floor is poured.  Any under floor plumbing must be under test or signed an affidavit at the time of the inspection.  (Drain tile and sump pit installed)

4. BEFORE any insulation, covering or finishing work is done, call for rough building, plumbing, electric and HVAC inspections.

5. AFTER insulation and vapor barrier and BEFORE sheet rocking starts.

6. FINAL inspection required after project is complete and fully code compliant. 

 

YOU CANNOT MOVE IN WITHOUT A FINAL INSPECTION!!

 

NOTE:  Inspections are performed Monday through Friday.  All inspections, except the Final Inspection, shall be performed within two business days of the requested inspection date.  Final Inspections shall be performed within five business days of the requested inspection date.
